KAWS Krooked transparency vintage skateboard

This auction is just for the transparency? I'm not sure but I believe it is a unused heat transfer that was never put on the production boards. With it not being in the numbered released boards does that it make it worth more or less? Confused? Me too.

Here's what the seller had to say about it.

"KAWS Krooked graphic transparencies Art!
All the others transparencies where pressed into Krooked board graphics that sold out instantly and where auctioned off on ebay !It's from the ultra limited run of the first Krooked Mark Gonzales x KAWS collaboration in 2003. Your going to want to frame this upon arrival to protect this ultra rare piece of skateboard history from Krooked Skateboards. This is very rare!
