Super Creepy Alfred E Neuman(Mad magazine) Press photo

I was browsing around eBay today when I found this gem. This photo has to be one of the creepiest things I have ever seen. This is how the seller discribed it.
"Original press release photo 10x7 ins(trimmed?) Black and White, featuring Mrs. Ringo Starr Barbara Bach and Mad Magazine head honcho in a scene from UP THE ACADEMY(1980). Minimal surface wear, and small stain(see scan), otherwise good condition and a rarity."
