Behind the Scenes of "Jack Sparrow" - Part 1
These are some photos from the first day of filming for the Lonely Island "Jack Sparrow" video that I worked on with Worlds Away. A 16 hour workday has never felt so short. A day full of making fake machine guns, fake bags of cocaine, Scarface's desk, putting leaves over a painting's private parts, making a Tony Montana Michael Bolton gold logo, and even getting pulled out of the line of the club because I didn't fit in with "the models." It all paid off in the end when Tim, Jeremy and I got to play the paparazzi in the video.
Good times.......

Sweet Toof @ Factory Fresh
On my one free night in New York I caught up with a bunch of old friends at Sweet Toof's show in Bushwick at Factory Fresh. I had a super fun time, but couldn't figure out if my hands were growing at a crazy rate or they had the smallest beers of all time. Either way I felt like a champ at the end of the night saying I drank 12 beers.
A big thanks goes out to Saki and Marcus for meeting me out there and another to Tim and Jo for taking the ride with me.

Extreme Prop Hunting with the Saloonatiks
On my last trip to New York I had the extreme pleasure of working with the Saloonatiks and Worlds Away on the new Lonely Island, Jack Sparrow Digital Short. Our first order of business was to go to prop houses in search of pirate and Scarface set pieces. The following photos are from our search at Eclectic Encore, which is probably one of the coolest places I have ever seen and would be the most amazing place to ever film a horror movie.
