My friend Todd used to do throwback Fridays on his blog The New New. Every Friday he would post a an old skateboard video part and it was the best! Problem is he stopped really posting anything on there about six months ago. So, as a tribute to his old blog I have decided to steal it and put it on mine. Hope you're not mad, Todd.

David Choong Lee
This video on David Choong Lee is pretty cool. I really enjoy his ideas on being positive when making art.

Classic arkitip poster from 2000
I found this poster in some old stuff I had at my mom's house. Check out that line-up: Shepard Fairey, Space Invader, Dave Kinsey, Ed Templeton and Tobin Yelland. I wonder if any of those guys ever made it big?

Skript X Proletariat

Individuals
Individuals is a group of four Boston based artists each with different individual studio practices, but together form the artist collective: !ND!V!DUALS. Using salvaged material they create irreverent, fantastical, anthropomorphic sculptures as part of their quest to inspire the inner youth in everybody.

Ebay- 1985 Alva Fred Smith "Punk Size"
Every time I see this board it reminds me of how I used to beg my parents all the time to bring me to Fred Smith's skate Park, The Skate Hut in Olneyville, R.I. all the time. I used to love that place. They had that shitty street course, a sick bowl, the ramps always felt like they were going to collapse and it smelt like puke. It was like a skate rat heaven.
